Buyers & Demand

Know Who Is Actually Buying

The market isn't just inventory. Read demand from observable signals — news, events and ownership activity — instead of a feeling about who might be interested.

Signals are indicators, not certainty. The platform ranks prospects for review; you decide.

Events: a yachting festival with linked yachts, exhibitors and brokerages, filterable by timing, category and follow-up state.

The platform does not claim to know who buys next. It combines multiple observable signals into ranked opportunities for review — with the evidence shown.

Demand, read from signals

Who's likely in-market — and why

Score who's probably active, keep evidence confidence separate from intent, and find the warm path in: who shares an event or an article with your target.

  • Score who's likely in-market, with confidence kept separate from intent
  • Monitor buyer activity across auto-classified news and events
  • Find warm paths — who connects to your target
  • Surface owners whose holding period suggests they're due to move up
How intent is scored

Signals decay with age — a two-year-old sighting doesn't count like last week's — and counter-signals such as an industry professional or a recent purchase gate qualification outright. Evidence confidence is deliberately separate from intent: a high score from one weak source shouldn't read like a high score from four independent ones.

News: industry articles auto-classified into categories such as Price Drops and Used Sales, each tagged with the yachts, brokers and builders it names.

Every ranked prospect shows its work

For each prospect you can see what contributed, when it was detected, how strong it is, and why they appear relevant to a mandate you hold.

  • What contributed — the individual signals behind the ranking
  • When detected — each signal dated, and decaying with age
  • How strong — evidence confidence separate from intent
  • Why relevant — how the prospect maps to your mandates
